Breathing – I mean – really breathing – is something I would love to do more off.
Jane McGonigal suggests in her book SuperBetter to breathe in on the count of 4 and out to the count of 8 and the count a bit slower and breathe like that for a minute.
That seems achievable.
I created a PowerUp in my SuperBetter Game to remember to breath and acknowledge that I did it.
I gained 2 points for doing it.
